You can request a return if the item arrives damaged, incorrect, or very different from what was shown on the product page. Contact us quickly so we can verify the issue.

2. Time Frame

You must report the problem within 48 hours of receiving the item. Late reports make it harder to process because our suppliers need fast confirmation.

3. Condition of the Item

The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. Clear photos help us resolve the case faster.

4. Supplier Approval

We work with dropshipping and affiliate partners. All returns depend on supplier approval. Once they confirm the issue, we move to the next step.

5. Refunds

If approved, refunds are processed through M-Pesa. Timing may vary depending on the supplier and the payment system, but we always push for quick turnaround.

6. Items Not Eligible

Some items cannot be returned, such as personal care products, digital goods, or items marked as non refundable by the supplier.

7. Wrong Address or Failed Delivery

If the delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unreachable contact, the order cannot be refunded. Please double check your details before confirming.
